A tribute to a dear friend provides 50 Haitian Creole Bibles for Piton

"John Kersey was a man of integrity, whose priorities were family, faith, and friends. When John spoke, it was a pleasure to listen because one could hear from his stories and advice how he was grounded in Biblical wisdom. John was a special person in my own life. For 15 years, he sent birthday cards to me which I greatly cherish. John's consideration of others is shown even in his obituary as he invites memorial contributions to be made to a "charity of the donor's choice." So I make the choice to purchase Haitian Bibles to honor my friend, John, in this special way.

I will miss him greatly."

Thank you so much to this anonymous donor who not only honors his friend but honors Piton Partnership by choosing us for this tender tribute. As a result, more peasants have their own Haitian Creole bibles in their homes. And when the temptation may arise to trust in a false religion, they will have the word of the One True God at their fingertips. Godspeed to you, Mr. Kersey.
